Preparations are underway for Unplug and Play Family Literacy Week 2024! LASS will be encouraging families to reduce or eliminate screen use from January 20 to January 28, 2024 while participating in a variety of free, fun activities that foster literacy, physical activity, creativity and social connection.
In 2023 there were over 50 events in communities throughout the North Okanagan-Shuswap and nearly 2,000 people participated in Unplug and Play Family Literacy Week. With the support of partnering organizations and business’ we hope to see even more activities in 2024!
