LASS is eagerly anticipating the 2024 Spelling Bee Fundraiser on May 1.
We saw the triumphant return of the “Bee” last year, after a three year hiatus, and were grateful to receive so much support for community literacy programs from the 10 teams who joined in on the fun and fundraising!
The spelling bee supports many programs run by LASS, including Unplug and Play Family Literacy Week, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, ONE TO ONE reading
, Summer Slide reading camp and Cyber Seniors technology tutoring.
