Elementary students in Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Enderby and Armstrong enjoyed Summer Slide Literacy Camps this July! The goal of this program is to provide students with enriching literacy experiences that can help reduce learning loss during the summer holidays. Each program is supported by a certified teacher, education assistant and volunteer who work together to make the two week long program a fun experience for all participants. We are grateful for partnerships with Enderby & District Financial, First West Credit Union the Shuswap Community Foundation Fund,and School District No. 83-North Okanagan-Shuswap for collaborating and funding this valuable program throughout our region!
