On Family Literacy Day (January 27) join LASS and the Okanagan Regional Library, Salmon Arm Branch, for a Come Read With Me Workshop.
Terra Stephenson will be facilitating the workshop and sharing strategies and tips that families can use with their young readers to make sure that reading remains a positive experience for everyone.
The hour-long event includes a fun take-home literacy games kit and a new book for everyone to enjoy. Contact childprograms@shuswapliteracy.ca to register, drop-ins are welcome as well.
